Hopefully Alan Keyes will have “standing” unlike Berg’s lawsuit which apparently has a problem since they say “an ordinary citizen does not have standing to bring the suit.”  I don’t know why I or any other regular citizen, like Berg, couldn’t ask Obama to prove he is able to be in office in the first place. I would think it would be our responsability as voters to know for sure what we are getting.  Take a look at the whole article.
